What the persons need is 1) Confidence in themselves 2) Guidance on how to be tenatious with women 3) Determination to only go after 'his type' 4) Opportunity to meet woman of his type.
Once he stops hitting on just anyone and becomes selective he will have focus, and he will come off as true relationship material. Woman pick up on that. With exposure he will increase his chance of success. With tenacity he will move past rejection. With confidence he will be lucky.
Confidence starts with grooming, hygiene, sharp dress, and a sense of worth. (usually a 9-5).
