Just keep it the same as the 360 is when you install your game on it right now. Take out all the other always online, DRM BS. That is the only way they can redeem themselves.
But I just don't see this happening after seeing that interview with Don Mattrick. They just want to force people towards digital whether they like it or not and restrict game sharing, lending and selling. That's just their strategy. I just don't see them succeed by taking such a bully like approach. I like Sony's way a lot better where they don't restrict you and encourage you to go digital by giving you a choice as opposed to shoving you there whether you like it or not.
