nintendo hasnt lost america in the handheld market for sure. 3DS isnt selling poorly, though it isnt selling as much as nintendo would want. on the home console market it kind of seems that nintendo has lost major ground withen the past 2 and half years.
an interesting thing though is that nintendo's marketshare in your link is more than Sony's and MS's combined. so its more than clear that they still have a strong presence
