I would think Disney would have as part of their agreement that the games would be on all consoles. However, it's very common for them not to. Epic Mickey was a Wii exclusive. Lots of licensed products appear on only one console or some consoles. EA views Nintendo as a competitor and is trying their best to limit their industry influence. The only way I would see EA admitting they can and will bring games to Wii U is if it sells like hotcakes compared to rivals and it makes too much financial sense not to. As long as they can sell enough on PS360 and PS4/NewBox then they will avoid Nintendo systems. Nintendo will need a market share so big that EA is hit with large losses by avoiding the platform. This scenario seems unlikely at the moment so I wouldn't expect EA games on Wii U. If PS4 and Newbox are expensive, and a games blitz, marketing push and price cut turns Wii U into a super hot item then the market could be very different a year from now.
