December 2012: Borderlands 2 four pack (4 steam keys) for 4,60€ and Far Cry complete (FC1, FC2 and FC3) for 6€. Also Ghost Recon Future Soldier for ~2,80€.
Edit: Also recently I got Tomb Raider and Bioshock Infinite keys pre-release for 30€ together. So 15€ per game and playing on launch day. Oh yeah and this deal also nets me a free key of Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon on may 1. AMD never settle reloaded ftw.

Heh, at least I can top your PSVita deal. Uncharted, Resistance, 8GB Memcard, a protection case, two controller grips and of course the console itself for 150€ :D
