When the lights came back on, the Monarch asked for his henchman

“NUMBER 24! REPORT TO ME IMMEDIATELY AND SOLVE THIS MYSTERY!

Number 24 was nowhere to be sighted, but another henchman said it didn’t really matter because Number 24 was a wimp.
