the witness wont be a ps4 exclusive.
microsoft has been horrible to developers lately. its similar to how sony was to developers at the begining of this gen. microsoft needs to become more developer friendly like they were at the begining of this gen or they might loose support. once there ignorance of relations of third party causes them to loose money then im sure they will get back on track
