Notification center is hardly a deabreaker since the whole home screen is essentially a notification center.
I am not sure what the "other" storage problem is...32 GB of storage on the phone I find plenty, especially since I have 25 GB's of music on my Skydrive that I stream to my phone daily.
And that last "hardly anything under it" comment is just nonsence. There is now 150,000 apps and most of the apps normal people use are available. Not to mention that Microsoft/Nokia services and apps take care of most of the essentials already.
