I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole before its "Other" storage problem gets solved and notification center gets added. I saw a phone with 10GB full without an app. If you take the closed system route at least make sure you are capable of providing one.
Though I have to say, I've been using an Iphone 5 for the past few days and WP interface is actually much better. Too bad there is hardly anything under it.
