Indeed. That is an idiotic article.
A FF7 remake does not mean a FF7 reboot. A remake must include everything the original had and possibly add more besides the graphical update.
It really annoys me how the new generation want to their games to make them look cool while playing instead of actually delivering a really good and varied experience.
