The same reason why people brag about playing Wii-U games on the tablet rather than on the TV! Toilet Friendly!

The Wii-U pad doesn't even make it to my toilet. It's useful when the tv is in use, never have that problem with my pc monitor though.
Streaming 720p will probably limit the range even further.
