Not quite. The DS and PS3 games were announced simultaneously, but in effect DS version was a timed exclusive. One could argue endlessly whether the DS or PS3 versions (as they are slightly different) is the definitive version. Of course because of the HD-ness and the fact you can play on a 80" TV screen (if you have one) makes the PS3 version definitive for me. But if you think touch screen is all that and a bag of chips and that it came out first then you might say the DS version is the definitive version.
