Because there is no reason to disregard what genre something is in.....Japanese developers can develope WRPG's and Western Developers can develope JRPG's.
Does it really matter if it is a JRPG or not is what I meant. As in if you considered it a WRPG would you like it any less? If the developers them selves say it is like a WRPG who do you think I'm going to side with? A forum poster or the developers them selves. Even when you look at mechanics of this game everything is like a WRPG.
So as I said before, do not defend him and one of you two can tell me how this game is a JRPG since he is going to consider it one.
