"Stop playing" is something i almost never do, unless i feel that the difficulty is so great as to be not worth the time investment, or if the game is just that mediocre

There are 5 games that i've stopped playing:
Bomberman DS: mediocre
Izuna 2: The Unemployed Ninja Returns: Insanely difficult final dungeon. If i had just kept cracking at it long enough, even losing, i would have gotten enough exp to break through, but it just wasn't worth it.
Final Fantasy III: This is part of a stupid "Point of No Return." The put the point of no return before the final dungeon area, and not before the final boss, and there's a clear difficulty spike past the Point, but you can't grind back there, and it was too hard to grind before the point, so i threw it out.
Super Mario RPG (people are gonna kill me for this): There's this one boss that you have to beat with Mallow alone. No. Just no.
Final Fantasy Tactics Advance 2: Also point-of-no-return problems. Namely this idiotic boss that has a no-cost, unlimited use "Full Heal" technique, meaning that at any point she can render your entire effort up to that point completely moot, and you're entirely at her mercy. This would not be enough to discourage me on its own, but the problem is there's a boss after her that, if it beats you, you have to go back to her. Fuck that.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
