Becoz next gen doesn't begin until Sony says so.
But for reals, you don't see devs working on pc games like console exclusives, it just doesn't sell enough. The only games that have AAA budgets are pc only genres, multiplats are made with consoles in mind, and they will look better on pc once they can look better on consoles.
