I certainly would like a GTA game with all the cities, and I don't think the story would be a problem, even less now with GTA V that has 3 characters/stories in 1 game.
But the only city they mention to modernise again is Vice City. What happens with San Fierro and Las Venturas? Wouldn't they need to re-do those cities too?
