Rockstar wants to put all GTA cities in one game

Including an updated, modernised Vice City

Rockstar has said it would like to release one enormous GTA game that allows players to visit all of its sprawling cities.

The developer has already boasted of Grand Theft Auto V's Los Santos being bigger than the worlds of Red Dead Redemption, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and GTA IV's Liberty City combined, but Rockstar producer Leslie Benzies has even bigger ambitions in mind.

"Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities," Benzies told Digital Trends, "and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas, and in that context re-imagining Vice City would be very interesting".

This isn't as far-fetched as it may seem, as Kotaku notes that it was possible to fly to GTA III's Liberty City in GTA: San Andreas, albeit a limited version of it.

Last month we gathered all the first GTA V details, including a breakdown on each of the game's three main characters, dynamic missions, and more.

A large selection of new GTA 5 screenshots have also appeared online, showcasing the game's improved visuals and huge environments.

What do you lot think of this? GTA V has just 1 of the 5 cities in it, but the world in it is bigger than GTA san andreas, GTA 4 and Red Dead Redemption combined! I personally think a GTA with all of that map would be far too big, but it depends on if they use all the space for the game. It's crazy to think rockstar aspire to do more than they are currently doing in grand theft auto V
