All of my current gen systems, since that is what I assume you wan to focus on, are Wii, 360, PS3, DS, PSP, gaming PC. Of all those systems, I don't really know if I have a favorite. My main console is probably the 360, but I wouldn't say I like it more than any of the others. I just tend to buy the multiplatform games on it since most of my friends have xbox's and that is where most of my online play is had.
