It is the CPU and cleary the writter just has no clue what the actual issues are. Like the writer herd these things on the grapevine and decided to write an article from it rather than researching.

I'm not much of a tech guy but if the U can produce that Japanesse Garden and Zelda E3 demo graphics, I will be totally fine with its power.
