When that happens, the current VC better be copied over. I have no problem with Wii and WW content staying with Wii and therefore being gone with the N8 console (as far as BC is concerned). But, VC stuff should simply move with the account. Granted, I think all digital content should just move with the account as that's a big benefit to not having a disc.
