But how is the legal situation? Could Nintendo make a Sequel to ED on their own if they wanted to? I'm still not sure because i thought they had the rights to the IP, but if SK could just start to work on EDII without an order from Nintendo, they must have some rights to ED too right? Anyway, it would be a shame if we couldn't get a second part just because of this...
