I am not really that bothered about the wii u's power performance I just want great nintendo games!

But those that still wonder about the power of the system a few sites have already begun to report it's abilities..

Can we all agree now that the CPU is worse than the current 360/ps3's but has better GPU. Reminds me of the SNES setup.

Actually, no.  I cannot agree or disagree yet.   The statement made that it is "slower" could simply mean clock speed slower which doesn't mean it's not as powerful at all.   It's about how much can be done with each clock cycle.  If the developer hasn't quite learned how to grasp the intricasies of the new CPU yet, he may be trying to rely on brute clock cycle speed which would indeed yield lower results.  But once the developer begins to understand how to extract performance from the CPU, his stance may change greatly.

Sorry to get back at this just now, a good point Viper1 brings up is the CPU speed being slightly slower than PS360, but with more modern design.  A good example might be the diffrence between PSP and 3DS(another thread).  The PSP is running a single core 333MHz while the 3DS' ARM11 is underclocked at 266MHzl; yet the 3DS CPU is technically superior to the PSP.  In seeing how Nintendo handled the 3DS vs PSP, it looks to be similar (albeit the 3DS is only 2x the PSP, while the Wii U is somewhere between 3.5x-4x the PS360).
