Can we all agree now that the CPU is worse than the current 360/ps3's but has better GPU. Reminds me of the SNES setup.

Actually, no.  I cannot agree or disagree yet.   The statement made that it is "slower" could simply mean clock speed slower which doesn't mean it's not as powerful at all.   It's about how much can be done with each clock cycle.  If the developer hasn't quite learned how to grasp the intricasies of the new CPU yet, he may be trying to rely on brute clock cycle speed which would indeed yield lower results.  But once the developer begins to understand how to extract performance from the CPU, his stance may change greatly.
