The poor farmers that raise the crops already get paid, and very badly by the exploiter distributor.
I'm pretty sure that the stores had an insurance policy.
Please don't compare the european politicians with the spanish ones, our politicians are 100% more impaired and 200% more corrupt than the europeans.
