Microsoft told Pachter their E3 focus is on services over games

My expectation is that Microsoft's E3 will be on par with the previous two years. Nothing over-the-top amazing, but nothing necessarily disappointing.

The past two years have offered a three part focus on Kinect, Entertainment apps, and Games. It seems to have worked well for them.
