The one advantage the PS3 has though is that people can buy new as a replacement and not lose DLC/DLG (downloaded content/downloaded games). Nintendo's locked system may actually cost them replacement sales (instead, the systems are serviced). But if it happens because no one is buying the Wii but instead buying the B/C WiiU, does it really matter? ps3 sales depend on if sony announces a new console this E3. we know wii sales are just gonna drop like a rock because of the wiiu but ps3 still has alot of life in it. its still $250 and theres plently of big games yet to release like GTAV. i dont think it will happent but its not as far fetched as some are making out.
