I think when I get a Vita, I'll probably get the biggest available memory card hopefully for a good price ;x

I just factored in the price of the memory card into the total package.  I mean, I got a 4 gig right off the bat becuase it came with my first edition bundle, but I wasn't gonna do the same thing with the Vita that I did with the PSP: came with a 1 gig, bought a 2 gig, lucked into a 4 gig, then eventually was gifted an 8 gig.  Going through all those cards was a pain, just save up and go big, it's where you'll end up eventually.

16 gig isn't horrible, either, but as I'm sure you guys have figured out, I download a lot of stuff to my system.

Yeah I went with first a 2 gb on my PSP, than upgraded to a 16 gb 2 years later and than 3 years ago I bought a 32 gb *-*

I may go full digital with the PSVita, havent decided yet.

Same here. Storing all your games on one device is pretty neat. It's not like we still get fully fledged out manuals in the boxed versions, anyway. Not to mention the fact that you can transfer your games over to the next generation consoles. If it wasn't for the high prices (both PSN and storage) I'd go all digital as well. But Sony seriously needs to get their act together when it comes to digital pricing and memory. €2 / $2 per gigabyte would be fine and Sony would still make a lot of money on the cards. But current prices are ridiculous.
