Get one with a broken screen for cheap, buy a replacement screen on ebay, it comes with all of tools if you get the right package. Its pretty easy to change out if you follow a video guide online. I did this for like $60 and that was only because I bought like 20 bucks worth of dumb, fancy parts. It was probably 40 bucks and that was before vita was out. Totally worth it to play VC 2, very cool game.
