cant pick just one, i can think of a few for example:
ff8's ending
the proposal in valkyria chronicles (heck so many moments i loved in that game)
suikoden 3's theatre wasnt a gaming moment but it provided lots of enjoyable moments
ff9's misunderstandings with the lost love letter
so many great moments =)
