Donkey Kong would have an elevation advantage over Bowser, who clearly isn't much good in a fight when someone jumps over his head.... so DK would be able to pick off Bowser from his skyscraper by dropping bananas to make him slip over and reveal his weak point. Then drop barrels on his belly for massive damage.
