I knew this game was in serious trouble when ads were hitting game magazines in November, only to have an announcement that the game was delayed shortly afterward.
I work in the advertising business. If you're running ads (which are finalized nearly a month in advance and sent to the magazine's production guys for print) and then the product gets delayed, something seriously went to hell in a handbasket.
