The fact that when he took over the PlayStation division the PSP started kicking ass in Japan, the PS3 started being a force in the industry from 2009 to present day, the PS1 and PS2 were unstoppable beasts on a worldwide level. Oh and that since the shake ups there have been numerous firings throughout the PlayStation divisions (mainly from the SCEA branch, but there have been people leaving the SCEJ branch as well).
Plus, he's the boss. He can say what he wants.
