for VITA it won't for sometime as graphics of VITA can't and won't be done on phones and tablets
plus both VITA and 3DS has their control schemes which won't be matched by phones or tablets
plus the Games,big name titles like pokemon,mario,zelda,gt,mgs,uncharted will never come to phones or tablets.
though game prices could fall a bit
Ninty will have problems as they don't have an ecosystem
SONY is building their network to go with BRAVIA,PS3,PSVITA,PSP,Tablet and the recent aquisition of Ericsson which will enable they to do the same with phones.
