I don't have any raw figures to back me up and I could just be talking out of my ass. With that said, I've seen it time and again where it's been stated that sales for Oct, Nov, and Dec are equal to or greater than the sales for the other nine months combined. Microsoft is shooting their gaming load in the last few months of the year (Forza, Gears--which was in September, Halo Anniversary, and a few Kinect titles). Who's to say that there won't be some price cut or a big Kinect push, too? Add to that the promise of new dashboard functionality and TV support.
It's definitely possible.
