The first Metro 2033 is currently sitting in my pile of shame on the coffee table. It's a good game, but I just haven't gotten around to finishing it. Maybe the second game's release will give me motivation. Those videos look good! I'll be disappointed though if they do tone down the survival horror elements, because I love slow-paced creepy games.
