In terms of traditional controlled games, PS3 and X360 exclusives are actually on par with each other. The whole Ps3-exclusives-sell-more-than-ps3-exclusives is greatly over-exaggerated.
Halo > Gran Turismo > Gears of War > Metal Gear Solid > Forza Motorsport > Uncharted > LittleBigPlanet > God of War > Fable > Left 4 Dead > Killzone, etc.
The difference in userbase gives the 360 a pretty good advantage. The X360's lead in America gives it a greater pool of consumers.
So yeah, they're actually pretty equal.
