First purchase is a house. I'd then invite my friends to live in the house with me else I'd be bored out of my mind and lonely. I'd then go into house rental by buying up less properties outright (as assets) and renting them out. While leaving enough to live of interest comfortably.

I would give some to charity. If I had kids, I'm make sure they valued money buy never telling them that I'm filthy rich but giving them a comfortable life style, making them work for a living.

Once I perish, all is either going to the ones I love or charity. Kids will have to earn that love.
