this is something I've never understood, you people talk as if Sony ever wanted to be a 1st party only company, their goal was and always is to get 3rd party studios on board they even talked abot it in a documentry on their history of playstation that was on G4 efore G4 became a piece of shit network
it's been the same since the ps1 ps2 ans psp why would ps3 be any different

Huh? Whether they publish 10M sellers or not doesn't change much, it was just an interesting fact I wanted to raise. I think you're reading too much into things.

my bad it's nothing against you, it's just that I've seen that a lot here before and normally it's used as a sort of dig at Sony when, outside of GT and Crash, Sony have never published been about making "Mega hits" even when they dominated the industry like no one else has in the past. Their first parties are almost always making niche games more so this gen than another with the exception of couse being GT.
