Whoever killed Vetteman was Mustang, which more than likely is a Vig.

Didn't you say you thought the arsonist was Kimbly?

Kimblee* and yes he did. I already brought up Mustang, who would fit as a vig in a theme-matches-source game, but who knows if it's the case here anyway.

Also, Kimblee was also in the Ishval War. So the flavor doesn't state it's either for certain. Nor is it of much importance since no SK would claim they are either character, and if there was a trigger-happy Vig, they're probably going to hang under the assumption that they're lying as the SK.

I looked back up Kimblee and saw he was more explosive based than fire based, I think Mustang would be more fitting given what Vetteman said as he died.

True, Mustang controls the most powerful combat alchemy. Fire.
