White Knight Chronicles II was announced way back in 2009, even before the original White Knight Chronicles was released on the PlayStation 3 in the United States in 2010. But the sequel's release in North America was uncertain due to the original's lukewarm Stateside reception.
Well, wonder no longer. White Knight Chronicles II from Japanese developer Level-5 is set for an American release sometime this summer, thanks to publisher D3. Little information is otherwise known about White Knight Chronicles II's American release, other than D3's promise to include a remastered copy of the original White Knight Chronicles with every copy of White Knight Chronicles II sold.
