A surrogate mother should be forced to hand over the child or else. The two fathers have paid a lot of money for their own biological child. Surrogate has signed an agreement with the two fathers to accept the cash and hand over the child when the child is born. A legally binding agreement is an enforceable contract and the child is the property of the two fathers.
