It's current metacritic is 86, much lower than Forza. The reviewers are being extremely biased...while I like the reviews saying it isn't a revolution, they are comparing it to previous GT games for its rating. It shouldn't be compared to previous GT games because their ratings are no longer relevent in today's day and age. It should be compared to other similar games like Forza, and I'll bet it blows it away.
Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.
