I don't know why but I always thought Daredevil was pretty weak and overwhelmed by his enemies. I read the "Devil in Cell Block D" storyline and realized that Matt Murdock was not to be underestimated. He was in jail where everybody knew he was Daredevil and surrounded by his enemies and he didn't flinch. Total badass.
