What is this about not being able to offset junk food with exercise ? Maybe if you exercise once a week, then agreed. Even the chemical extras that you receive can be fairly easily assimilated or disposed of. It really depends on your own body and how it reacts. If someone also has a habit of taking extra minerals, vitamins ect. then more than likely that person will be just fine.
