Where did you get this list? and what are you saying here? that these games are only available on UMD?

He is only counting games that were released on UMD.  (i.e. if something is PSN only he didn't count it.)  He didn't mean that games released on both UMD and PSN weren't counted.  I don't know where he got the list.
