How in any way is this true? final fantasy, kingdom hearts, and metal gear are all going to the 3ds. 3DS now has EA, Ubisoft, and many other 3rd parties leaning towards it, so I don't see how anything is "Locked In"...
(Besides, the PSP had full 3rd party support, and look how that turned out...)
