Much better in all aspects than 2003-2008 (I only started watching in 03) but not quite hitting the heights of 2009. It was nice to see a western-european nation win it for the first time in years though (although personally I think Germany's song wasn't that much better than ours). Norway won last year and so far I know it is counted as an Western-European nation..
In fact I don't like the winners of 09-10. This year I did not really had a favourite.
