Not Nintendo. Not even with Zelda.

If the media has moved the goalposts out such that Zelda no longer qualifies as a big game?

Yeah, i can see that happening, actually :/

It is very highly expected to be shown, it loses shock value like that.  Shock value is important because Nintendos presentation style is suicide inducing with how dull it is.  I get the feeling they are going to front Metroid a bit more as well which isn't going to wow people greatly either.

At least with people claiming Killzone 3 or Resistance 3 for PS3 and stuff like that we don't really have any evidence to those being there so would still be a surprise to many if they were.

I would figure Zelda's still going to have a good deal of shock value, even knowing that its coming, because we have no idea in what form it might arrive. Granted that could help or hurt Nintendo depending on exactly what Zelda is, but whatever it is, it'll be surprising in its own right.

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.
