It may not be a "scam" in the illegal sense. Its just a waste of time and effort. Unless you get allot of people to sign up as referral for you, which is why this guy is posting here.
I know many people and personally do a lot of the offers and surveys that cashcrate has, that is mainly how i make my $100+ every month. im not going to lie, im trying to get referrals here to because i can make a little more money AND help you guys make money yourself.
