I am pretty sure Nintendo can't sue, the Ball part of the PS Move probably differentiate it enough from the WiiMote and the Sony counterpart to Nunchuk have no Motion Sensing capabilities... You need two PS Move Ball Mote thing to play any two handed game, such as Motion Fighter.
I am a PC gamer, and also have a NDS now, but without access to a Nintendo Wii until End of 2007.
